Our Kitchens are totally custom made to order to your requirements. Our consultation time spent with you is designed to help in the planning of your kitchen following your objectives regarding design, dimensions, your chosen timber, finish and handles. This process enables us to formulate a quotation for you to peruse, amend and or accept.

Our Kitchen Order Terms & Conditions of Sale & Payment Terms, are as follows:
After the quotation has been accepted, the order form signed and dated and a deposit of 30% received, the balance payments are set as stage payment as follows:
First stage payment of £30% on commencement of making the kitchen in the workshop
When the kitchen is made and finished and ready to go..then we will call you for the
2nd stage payment of 30% of which equates to 90% of the TOTAL Cost, payable prior to delivery of your kitchen units.
3rd and final Stage Payment - becomes due when the kitchen fitment has been fully completed.
Acceptance of delivery and or fitting and signed Order shall be conclusive evidence of acceptance
of these terms and conditions.
Important Notice regarding your Kitchen furniture delivery and or installation
It is the customers responsibility to advise Incite Interiors Ltd at the time of Order if there are any vehicle size or access restrictions which may affect the delivery of the kitchen units and to provide non-slippery protection for floors (both for carpets and wooden flooring) from the front door to the final placement of the Goods.
As it is impossible for us to carry protective sheeting for all our deliveries. Incite Interiors cannot be held responsible for damage to floors or carpets if they are insufficiently protected.
The Customer must ensure that the access to the kitchen and the area itself where the kitchen units are to be installed is clean and clear of obstruction prior to our arrival. Incite Interiors cannot be held responsible for poor access conditions or take responsibility for dismantling and clearing any existing kitchen units, without prior arrangement at the time of ordering.
Our Delivery staff will not take any unwanted furniture or other objects away for disposal unless by
prior arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated all quotations include VAT, Your invoice will show the VAT element at the current rate. Incite Interiors Ltd reserve the right to revise any agreed prices to take account of changes in rates of value added tax and any new taxes or impositions by the United Kingdom government which take effect after the date of contract
